Recently graduated students from the Industrial and IT Institute Armando Emílio Guebuza – Mozal, have integrated a training program at MPDC’s Plant & Equipment Department. This program aims to respond to the need for ongoing maintenance of the new Liebherr pay loaders acquired by MPDC in the beginning of the year.
This is not the first time MPDC recruits young talents to integrate training programs. For the past 8 months almost 100 youngsters with a minimum of 12th grade have been trained as tally clerks, machine operators and other key-positions.
